Established in 1985, JGP Architecture(s) Pte Ltd is a Singapore based architectural practice with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur and Yangon. JGP is involved in a diverse mix of Asia-Pacific projects that ranges from residential and commercial, to infrastructural and industrial.
Some of their notable works include the award-winning Harbour Mall & Four Points by Sheraton and the the Holiday Inn Express Singapore, with one of their recent award being the Asia Pacific Property Awards International 2020-2021 for hotel architecture.

The exclusivity and serene location of this development also means that there are not many amenities within walking distance, as the nearest malls, grocery stores and hawker centres are all at least 1km away as seen above. 1. Tavistock MRT station
